• Initiate outgoing/accept incoming calls to/from prospective customers in order to explain a product or type of service while providing excellent customer service.

• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers to explain a product or type of service.
• Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers to explain a product or type of service.
• Be proficient with project knowledge.
• Adhere to production standards including overall performance, quality and attendance.
• Accurately enter data into computer.
• Maintain professional attire and adhere to Rose Call Solutions standards.
• Follow departmental and company policies and procedures.

• No requirements.

• Sales experience preferred but not required.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to type 25 words per minute.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet sales objectives.
