Rose Call Solutions was developed with two things in mind; providing quality service to our clients and exceptional opportunities to our team of employees. We strive to build long-term relationships with our customers.

Education

We strive to provide our customers with the best telemarketing service available today. We do this through our specialized training program, which allows our Representatives time to learn the unique aspects of each customer’s marketing program as well as the specific details of their product(s) and company. All Representatives complete a one-week training program that covers every aspect of their job. We include training modules covering basic communication skills, technology, compliance and legal issues surrounding telemarketing, as well as in-depth training on specific campaigns.

Once the classroom training has been completed each rep is in “on the job” training for the next 30 days. Each agent throughout their career with Rose Call Solutions will also attend on-going reinforcement training that is designed to provide additional support in specific areas including, but not limited to; overcoming objections, professional communication, effective use of time, as well as campaign analysis and feedback.
