Monitoring & Verification

At our client's convenience, the Account Manager arranges for remote, and/or in-Center monitoring sessions.

Realizing that the quality of our work is only as good as the data we provide back to our clients, we have implemented a verification process to ensure the accuracy of all data transmitted. In this process we digitally record 100% of all sales, appointments, surveys etc. An experienced validation agent then listens to these recordings. During the validation process we listen to the calls while viewing the data input by the Representative. It is during this time that any corrections are made and accuracy of the sales process is confirmed. If additional information is required or further clarification of customer request is needed, we will hold these sales and reconfirm with each customer prior to transmitting this information to our clients. Although we realize human error is still possible, this process allows us to provide the most accurate information to our clients at all times.
