Reporting

All reporting provided by Rose Call Solutions is customized to the client specifications. During the initial set up of each campaign we work with our client to determine the pertinent information that should appear on each daily report as well as the order of that information. Once the template is created we submit the report back to our client for final approval. We understand that when conducting telemarketing efforts for the first time or when developing a new campaign, changes to initial direction may be made. Our reporting system is designed to easily modify the information on reports and changes to original reports can be made within 24 to 48 hours depending upon the complexity of the requested change.

At the completion of each project you will also receive a Final Analysis of your campaign. This analysis will include a summary of the project in terms of original objectives, changes made throughout the campaign, overall results and suggestions for improvement on your next project. These reports are critical to creating a “road map” to success as we continue to assist you with your marketing efforts.
