All Contact Center workstations have a Windows-based PC environment to enable Agents to access the Internet and to handle multiple screen pops and other tasks.

We use Calltrol technology; an award-winning technology based on industry standards and is able to handle the most sophisticated call processing requirements of for both outbound and inbound campaigns. It has the ability to automatically transfer Representatives from outbound campaigns to inbound campaigns when incoming calls are received. We utilize digital recording equipment so that 100% of every call is captured on tape to ensure the highest level of quality for our partners.


In addition to call efficiencies, we are able to custom develop programs to fit the needs of our clients. Because our system is not pre-developed, thereby limiting our capabilities, we are able to create a program from start to finish, which will provide our client with everything they need.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Proprietary callbacks set up to ensure the original associate maintains contact with a prospect.
  • Custom reporting, developed specifically to the client’s needs
