Who are we?

Rose Call Solutions provides inbound, outbound, and support solutions.

  • Outbound business to business (B2B) sales, customer support, and lead generation. We also provide outbound B2B publication acquisition and renewals for both paid and controlled publications.
  • Inbound services include technical support, customer service, order acquisition/validation and message services. We also have capability for blended inbound/outbound projects to be developed.
  • Support services include broadcast e-mail, limited broadcast fax, and data entry solutions.
